Friend Raising Through On-Line Donations

Andrew's fundraising efforts

Last spring, Andrew Zucker was asked to complete a charity project for his Bar Mitzvah.  After careful deliberation, he decided to raise money and contribute time at the Ronald McDonald House in Austin.  He created an online fundraising page and invited his friends and family members to make donations. Thanks to the thoughtfulness of his friends and family, along with his own generous donation, Andrew raised over $6000 for RMHC Austin!!  He also purchased some wish list items, and to complete the project  Andrew and his family prepared nutritious meals for the guest families.

A fun and easy way to raise funds and honor a special occasion

You can raise funds as Andrew did and help us keep families together when their children are hospitalized. You may be a guest family or former guest family who has benefited from staying at the Ronald McDonald House or using the Ronald McDonald Family Room. Because RMHC-Austin is a non-profit organization, it is solely operated with funds raised through donations made by individuals, organizations, and corporations.  Creating your own personalized web page is one easy way to fundraise and support RMHC Austin, and you  can set up your page to honor a special occasion like a birthday, anniversary, bar/bat mitzvah, wedding or other special occasion.  You can also memorialize a loved one who cared about the children and families needing the Ronald McDonald House or Family Room.
